Terms Of Service

• The rule of first-come-first-serve applies.
• I reserve the right to deny a commission order if it does not adhere to my TOS.
• Payment is to be provided via PayPal, using Euro or USD as the currency. Cryptocurrencies of any type will not be accepted as payment!
• Upon receiving a concept sketch of the piece, the remaining full commission price discussed beforehand is to be delivered.
• The payment is non-refundable unless I am unable to finish your commission.
• Commissions with deadlines will only be accepted if the order is delivered at least two months in advance.
• The piece commissioned is for personal use only. The piece you receive will be a digital file. I do not offer physical prints of the pieces for purchase. None of the pieces I create can be used as NFTs or used to training the AI!
• I will not accept commissions without a clear reference and/or concept; additional design/alteration fees will apply upon the client's insistence.

• You may alter and crop the piece for your social media headers or avatars, as long as there is credit attached. Prints for personal use ONLY are permitted.
• I reserve the right to reproduce, alter and redistribute the commissioned picture as my own work (eg. use it in my portfolio, utilize it for advertising purposes, etc.; I will NOT be re-selling any of the commissions as prints or merch material in general!).
• Please use the commission form provided to order.
• For customers residing within the borders of the European Union, I am obligated to inform you that the platform used for money transfer (ie. PayPal) requires you to provide your contact data during sign-up. I myself will never have access to any of it, nor do I wish to store and/or process it further.
• Should you have questions regarding any of the terms or the commission process, do not hesitate to ask!

By ordering your commission you state your knowledge of the matter and agree to the conditions set in place.

• Pornographic & hardcore NSFW content
• Degrading, abusive & bigoted content
• Hyperrealism
• Art pieces in a different style than my own
• Mecha & robot parts

DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION (full color, various formats, 3 SLOTS)• Portrait: 60EUR
• Half-body: 100EUR
+ 70% of the base price for every character added• Following the lineart check-in, ALTERATIONS WILL ONLY BE MADE to it with an additional fee of 10EUR to 20EUR• Animals fall in the price range of the full-body variant• Additional background fee depends on complexity & ranges from 20EUR to 40EUR for simpler arrangements, and 50EUR to 200EUR for more complex pieces

International prices depend on current exchange rates. Use a converter to compare current rates from EUR to USD, etc. for exact pricing. Additional PayPal fees (ranging from 2EUR to 5EUR) apply.
Payment can be delivered in parts if preferred!
To order, please do so via email/social media and make sure to state all necessary information listed in the “How to Order” section; additionally, make sure you have read the TOS carefully and agree to the terms presented.

• Specify if you prefer to post the finished piece on your social media page (tagging my social media appropriately) or if you’d rather reblog/retweet/reshare the artwork from my page.
• Is there a deadline you'd like me to stick to? (you must notify me at least two months in advance!)• Provide your order description and references (text and/or images):
- what kind of commission are you interested in? (lineart, full color, etc.)
- which format are you interested in? (if it applies: headshot, half-body, etc.)
- how many characters? (+ 70% of the base price for every character added; max. 5 additional characters per piece)
- would you like me to add a background? would it be a simple, semi-detailed or heavily detailed one?
- any other additional information?

A.) LINEART/B&W ORDER (digital drawing, various formats, 2 SLOTS)• Half-body: 35EUR
• Full-body: 50EUR
+ 70% of the base price for every character added• Mild colorization options available (ie. coloring the eyes in & adding reflections to them, color or gradient overlay, etc. - NO MAJOR ALTERATIONS!)• Animals fall in the price range of the full-body variant• Additional background fee depends on complexity & ranges from 10EUR to 40EUR for simpler arrangements, and 50EUR to 200EUR for more complex pieces
